Refund and Return

We do not issue any refunds for subscription or consultancy fees. Subscription or Consultation fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds once the product is shipped which you acknowledge prior to purchasing the product however you can ask for the refund before shipping which generally takes 1-7 days of Purchase (Depending on products).

Once the product purchase it cannot be returned as it is tested and sent to the customer. however if the product is damage you need to connect our team and get it verified through video call and photographs. if we find the product is damage. you can return it post hover approval within 7 days.
